These hogs have been raised out on the pasture and are fed non GMO grain.  A whole hog can be purchased with a deposit of $500.00  Buying a whole hog you will get hams, pork chops, ribs, roasts, bacon and sauasge.  Enough to feed a family of 4 twice as week for about 6 months.
