Lots of things! For starters, our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, which means our beef will not get any grain which might contain GMO’s or soy products. Beef were intended to eat forage and (NOT grain). We know this because they have 4 stomachs to digest forage. It is also very important to note that our pastures and hay (in winter) are a blend of many different forages. It's a sort of "cow salad bar". We always want them to have a choice and not just eat the same monoculture feed every day so they can choose what their bodies need.
